SUNDAY

Reading

I forget how life giving a good book, hell, even a bad book, can be. I finished Bone Black just now. I wasn’t expecting quite so many parallels to exist between my childhood and that of bell hooks. Mostly escaping into books, watching a father abuse your mother, contemplating the metaphorical cliff. I need to write more as well. Hopefully this place can be an outlet for that. I guess we’ll see.
